Overview:
Enjoy your 4-days short break in Egypt and get a short briefing about the marvelous Ancient Egyptian Civilization in both Cairo the current and modern Capital and Luxor the Capital of the ancient Egyptian Civilization with its huge temples Rich history and mysterious Tombs.
Upon arrival Cairo Airport, our representative will meet and assist you crossing the customs hall, then transfer to your hotel for check-in and overnight.
Around 08:00 am, you will be picked by The Tour Guide in private air conditioned vehicle to explore one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Visit the impressive 3 Pyramids of Kings Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure which are guarded by the rock-cut statue (The Sphinx) a large half-human, half-lion statue. The Great Pyramid of King Cheops is the only standing wonder from the ancient world, although it is 2,000 years older than any other wonder on the list.
Then you will proceed to visit the world-renowned Museum of Egyptian Antiques which exhibits a collection now over 120000 masterpieces ranges from Pre-dynastic era, Pharonic era to the Greco-roman period in Egypt including the treasures of the child King Tutankhamen, which is one of the most important collections as his tomb was discovered intact.
Evening Nile sailing cruise including dinner and live entertainment, embark on a romantic night out on the water, sailing past Cairo’s illuminated skyline while you enjoy your dinner. Following dinner is live entertainment provided by a spectacular belly-dancing and oriental show.
After finishing the dinner tour you will be picked up back to your hotel in Cairo.
Breakfast at hotel, then transfer to Cairo airport for our domestic flight to Luxor the Capital of the ancient Egyptian Civilization with its huge temples rich history and mysterious Tombs.
Upon arrival Luxor airport, will be picked up by our tour guide to visit archaeological sites of the ancient Egyptians on the west bank of the Nile including the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (Colossi of Memnon), and then visit the Valley of the Kings, where the magnificent tombs discovered, those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs, you will visit 3 tombs. Continue the tour to visit the Hatshepsut temple at El Deir El Bahary, this impressive temple dedicated to the Queen Hatshepsut the only female pharaoh rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs that surround it.
Then heading to visit the two Massive temples on the Eastern bank of the Nile, visit the Temple of Luxor and Temple of Karnak. Karnak Temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name Ipet-isut means the most sacred of places. The temple, or, more correctly, the complex of temples, was built over more than two thousand years by generation after generation of pharaohs. Within the complex, the great Hypostyle Hall is an incredible forest of giant pillars. Then you will be transferred to the majestic Luxor temple which built by Amenhotep III and Ramses II for rituals and festivals and dedicated to the god Amun.
After finishing the tour, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for flight back Cairo, meet our representative who will transfer you to your hotel and overnight Cairo.
Breakfast at your hotel, check-out then you will be transferred to Cairo airport for flight back home.
